I am having trouble playing some CD-rs in my 2003 Max Bose 6-Disc Changer. Does anyone know of a make and size CD-R that has worked good for them?

 

I had the same problem in my 2k2. The dealer told me a TSB was put out not to play cdr or cdrw or any cd with a label glued on it. Mine would not play any cds. The dealer replaced mine because it is still under warranty. That was all I was playing. I still play them now. I am going to replace the head unit soon.

 

Well, I have been playing CD-Rs with Labels on them. Is it ok to use CD-Rs as long as you don't have a label on them? Why do you have to replace the head unit?
