2001 Nissan Maxima SE Anniversary Edition

Good morning folks! I need some help selling the below described Maxima. Click on the link to pull up information and pictures.

http://www.cars.com/search/used/cc/s...&src=&cid=null

Any help would be greatly appreciated...

SALE PRICE $19,499

You are viewing an absolutely stunning, well kept 2001 Nissan Maxima SE Anniversary Edition Sedan . There were only 8,500 of these vehicles made by Nissan. I am the original owner, and the car is not being offered by a dealership. The vehicle has been in a smoke and childfree environment sense the first day of conception. Vehicle has been garage kept and receives only hand washing and waxing by my personal self, using only the finest products available. Vehicle inspection and oil changes every 3,000 miles by a certified mechanic. Tire rotation performed every 6,000 miles.

This fully optioned Maxima has less than 21,500 careful miles on the odometer as of July 25, 2003, however, you would guess that it has less than that by it’s appearance. This Maxima is exceptional inside and out. The exterior is the very desirable " Metallic White Icelandic Peal", with complimenting gray leather interior. The overall condition of this car is unique. This Maxima has a 227HP engine, only available on the Anniversary Edition. The NADA average retail is over $20,000. Please do your own research accordingly with your financial institution.

Vehicle Condition

Exterior: The body and paint are in exceptional condition, with hardly a ding, scratch, or stone chip visible anywhere. There are no flaws worth mentioning, and the exterior condition will please the most discriminating buyer.

Interior: The interior condition is equally impressive. The gray leather is soft and beautiful and overall, the interior looks great. Even the factory floor mats are in good shape.

Test Drive: The car starts, runs, shifts, steers, and stops, as it should. It drives beautifully, and the 3.0L V6 DOHC 24V FI Engine provides smooth, refined power. With 227HP on tap, this car is very quick! The tires are top of the line Bridgestone Potenza P225/50 R17 with approximately 50% tread remaining on the front and 50% on the rear. Miles per gallon is 19 city and 26 highway. Actual mileage will vary with diving conditions, driving habits and vehicle’s condition. A thoroughly impressive and enjoyable car to drive!

So there you have it, an outstanding 2001 Nissan Maxima SE Anniversary Edition Sedan Should you require additional information, or if you want to discuss buying this vehicle, you can email me at r_clark9511@yahoo.com or call Roland Clark at (713) 744-6549 weekdays or (281) 955-9331 evening and weekends.

Terms of Sale: Please remember that this is a quality pre-owned automobile. Every effort is made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle. All pre-owned automobiles may have some minor imperfections from normal everyday use.

Warranty: This used vehicle has a bumper-to-bumper warranty for 3 years or 36,000 miles that is currently still in effect. This vehicle also has an extended transferable limited warranty that is effective until November 24, 2005 or 75,000 miles, which ever comes first. There is a $35.00 charge for this transfer and will be at buyers expense.

Shipping: Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Guess they had to make sure there was room for more than 42 posts and 1446 views of a 'raced a 350 Z' thread, clearly discussing illegal activity...
