Get springs, struts, RSB (Progress), FSTB (any kind will do), and an intake if you don't mind the noise.

Don't bother with a Y pipe for a 2K2...no gains to speak of. A lot of peeps are waiting for the headers, tho....

Not sure about the 1/4 times for an auto.

Hmm well unless you want to go full out like full exhaust ( which includes headers ) intake pulley and stuff like that you should only expect about 10-15 hp at the wheels.. which is alright i guess - i suggest nitrous best bang for the buck and the most substantial upgrade you can do being that there is no forced induction for the 2002+ models yet

so should i just get b pipe and cat back exhaust then. i've heard those are good for gains for the 2k2. how good do you guys think the headers will be? i thought the 5th gens had more mod choices. no matter, 255 and 246 is good enough for now.
damn u killed all those with just a cai sunlit. how was the wrx?

Well, anyone with skills could build a custom turbo kit, but it's going to cost you! N2O and some basic bolt ons should provide you with some fun in the mean time...

CAI - unbolted the Cats and stuff - the WRX is my friends car its a fun little car and he REALLY knows how to drive like he was beating EVO's all day long because they didnt know how to drive - first time i beat him i pulled on him during the launch and beat him by about a car - second time he got the jump on me and i pulled on him in second gear - but now he upped the boost about 4 psi sooo... nuff said - nitrous

Steve, I have been considering that pulley on your link. Is it worth the $200.00 for us 5th geners as far as power increses are concerned.

The pulley is great thru 1st gear (on the auto - probly 1st and 2nd on 6 speeds). After 1st for me though, there are very few gains. While running the AC though there is less lag, which is very nice in the summer here. If you do the install yourself then ya go for the pulley
