VQ Cam question

for those of you who are mechanically inclined...

what would it take to switch out the Maxima cam for this new Nismo cam? What kind of labor is that, cost $$$? How long would it take?

Thanks!

1st timer, 6-8 hours
Experienced mechanic, 4-6 hours

What would it involve, as far as taking everything apart?

If you have never done this work before, you had better get a Nissan FSM and read the hell out it first.

Ther cam that is in there is a great cam, its variable which makes it higher end power/torgue and speed so good. I wouldn't change that at all.
