I haven't seen a TSB on this but maybe some of you have had the same problem: The left speaker channel on my Bose cuts out while playing CDs. Occasionally comes back when you hit a bump. Doesn't happen at all with radio.

I can see it now when I take it in under warranty: "Could not duplicate"

 

I took my car to the dealer for the same issue last week. It's a known problem. They are replacing the head unit and the sub (rattling). I know I'm asking for trouble now...

 

one of the most common problems in the '02. There is a TSB and I'm sure every dealer has replaced many.

I have had the same problem for awhile now. Is this a possible recall or can you only get it fixed for free if you're under warranty. My car has already 53k and is no longer under warranty.
