I second that.....

It's pathetic to so such things be done on a max. Don't be like the honda guys i see driving the accord "nsx tailight" coupes with SiRT and Type R all on the trunklids.

I would laugh at your car if I saw the GT-R thing on the back. For the love of god take it off or buy a honda to put it on. Sell it, add a bunch more money and tint those windows.

Most of us like to take "shave" all the rear emblems off. While it's your car to do as you like with you won't find many people hear with stickers on their cars either, unless it's an .org sticker.

Most of us are also fans of the TRUE GT-R and yes the emblem looks good but unless it's on a Skyline it means nothing.

Man I'm just trying to motivate you to remove that emblem. Nothing personal. I do hate it when people flame really bad on other people's car. If it makes you feel anybetter I'm driving around with a smashed up front bumper because some maintinance van at school backed into me and I'm missing one of my rear side markers because I melted it in the oven. Hate on me please.

I'm not a fan of the GT-R emblem either, I like to think the maxima is a little bit classier, but, it is yours to do what you will. Definetly tint the windows soon, it is the single easiest and least expensive way to improve the looks of any car!

No offense here, but......

1. You do not drive a Skyline.
2. It looks completely out of place where you put it. On the front grille or front quarter panels would have been a better choice if you REALLY wanted to trick people into thinking you have a Skyline.

Other than that, your car is bone stock, right? Sooooooooo, what are we supposed to be telling you what we think about??

Pardon my ignorance, I may be getting old, but what does "get hated on" mean?

The GTR's gotta go. If you really like it , move it...put it inside or something. With that said, you do have a nice car. Do not buy a Honda.

Use Dental Floss to remove the Logo, then use Hot water to remove the leftover tape/glue.
Then use double sided tape put it on the front fenders, or Put it on the Dash inside if you have to use it.

Sorry dude, but it does look out of place.. It has as much business being on a Maxima as a Type R sticker on a Camaro. I realize Max and GTR are both nissan, but I'd still lose the sticker.

yeah, i would remove it, but if you like it, thats cool to. I really dont like the placement though, if you want to keep it on, id debadge everything off the back, then put the GT-R badge where the SE use to be. anyway, good luck with the car!

Take Dental Floss or good Fishing line. Stick it behind the Badge and Cut it like a saw cutting away at the Glue/Tape holding the badge. once the Badge is off, then clean it with hot water and some Gooo Gone.

I'ld leave the Badges the way it is and just take the GT-R off, but its your car Offcourse.

Heating it up some will help too. A hair dryer or parking with the rear pointed towards the sun. Here is a thread with some good info in it.

I would also recomend re-waxing the trunk when you're done. This was the main reason I took mine off. It is so much easier to wax back there with the lettering gone. No more wax thats hard to get out between the letters, no more fuzz stuck in there...

Also a good place for the letters and emblem is the side of your tool chest, if you have one

Another good one is your girls car and have it say SEXI MAMA
