This deals with the EVAP and the Fuel tank. Usually happens with a incorrect fuel filler cap or defective one. Other issues can be vacuum lines between the intake manifold and EVAP container. There are a list of problems it can be causing this. Lets start there.

Hey Dixit, long time no talk, how is it with your turbo set-up ? it must be the gaz cap then, cuz when I posted I didn't remember that I already had that code.

Turbo kit is in pieces being re-done. www.bigdogjonx.com/fullpics/turbo/teardown shows my progress as I rebuilt the entire kit.

Without trying to dredge up painful feeling...you and your poor car!

I knew it was bad...but OMFG. I looked at all those pics....simply an abomination what was done to your car. Rust? On the INSIDE of an intercooler line? WTF?

Hope the "rework" turns out good for ya!

Well this is more for anyone who wants to consider getting an HLH0501 kit, if you want to get one, be my guest, make your decision after you see this kit. Im not telling you to get it or not.

But there are major problems and major issues. All the people who were talking smack to me on that one thread and sticking up for Hal about the Welds are not pretty but functional, why dont you come over and take a look at the pics and you TRULY tell me they are functional? Half of then have holes in them and cracked. I had to grind them all down and reweld them MYSELF. I re-MIG welded the shiet myself. Some I just trashed the piping cause its not even salvagable. Almost all the welds had WIRE protruding on the INSIDE of the piping. Tell me that is not supposed to cause turbulence and not to mention my MAF screen has holes in it from the WIRE hitting it and most likely going into the combustion chamber as well. God knows what damange that has caused.
