Brake Pads
I have Axxis Metal Masters, they work fine. I also have x-drilled rotors.

too many brands to say who's best. custommaxima sells hawks, and that's pretty popular around here. so are axis metal masters. two very popular brands in this forum.
a few have stepped out, like me, and gotten porterfield pads. they're characterized as a racing brake pad. reviews that i heard were that they were great pads to handle high heat, which is what i look for. i mean i feel that most good pads stop on time. what i think stands out are those that after braking a lot, they can still handle the high heat. as a racing pad, i assumed the porterfields did.
there is also a maxima.org discount. you simply call them and tell them you want the maxima.org discount, and you will get it. ig ot $270 pads (all 4) for $136 shipped. do they dust a lot, i must say they do....but do i care, not really especially after i pressed the brakes from 130-60 and the pads took it all and didn't vibrate like the OEM's did. handled it VERY well.
now all you need to do is decide what you want. find out what others think of their pads. how well does it handle at high speeds? when do youf eel that the pad decides to give up (lose it's grip and shake trying to hold on)?
good luck in your search. btw, the porterfields are the R4-S brand.

hawk pros are nice they not that expensive, and I heard good stories from them with the Powerslot Rotors. Portfields look interesting, i rather have more brake dust than pads that cant do anything against high heat... is there a site PadsY?

I'm not sure what your question is. Is there a site for who?

How about Bendix Import Quiet pads?
http://www.bendixbrakes.com/en_us/pr...index.html#ct3 (scroll down to the 'Bendix IQ - Import Quiet' section)
I replaced my rear pads with them a while back and they work fine. Totally quiet.
I'm expecting a whole set of slotted rotors tomorrow, so I'm going to get a full set of Bendix IQs and get it all installed soon.
Bendix also makes other types of brake pads, and they are all relatively inexpensive.
Peace.
