I encountered an 04 SE racing around yesterday. I decided to follow him. We never raced from a standstill but after turning onto an on-ramp we both floored it at the same time. From about 60kph to 125kph we maintained the exact same distance from each other. I thought he would have pulled away from me. Is it possible I just came out of the corner faster than him or should I really be equal to an 04 at those speeds?

 

the 3.0 shouldnt be as fast as a 2004 Max... maybe he didnt shift right?
