Haven't heard of anyone trying. How much does that cost?

I would think polishing them would be nice too...

I think I saw a black 5th gen /w smoked tail lights (2000-2001) had chrome OEM wheels last night. It was parked in one of the streets in chinatown, Seattle.

i am planning on having my rims painted on my 03'. i have a grey lustre 03 se and am planning on having the factory 17's painted the same color as the car. i am having the factory grille painted as well. i just think the car will look better monochromatic. i'll update once i have the rims painted.

Powdercoating will add a bit of weight, while polishing will remove some...

It all depends on what look you're going for.
