Is there a vaccine for the MODBUG?!?!

Man, I can't stop!! In the past month, I've put in the Frankencar w/Apex'i Intake, HIDs (thanks Drew), and I have my shocks/springs in the closet. And I'm still looking at **** to get. I said I was going to chill out until after winter, but I got it bad. It's taking everything I got not to buy some shoes for the whip.

HA ha..... You are getting sucked in like I have. First it was with my Jeep this past summer. I bought it to save miles on the Max and I already dumped $5000 into it. Now I am onto the Max. I did the whole stereo and now it is onto the rims, springs and everything else. The way to stop the mods is buy a house and then Mod that. =)

I was waiting for someone to say that. The only thing my married friends can mod is their lawn.

If anything, at least there's a market on the .Org to sell stuff to try and get some of your money back. That's how I try and look at it.

To me it's not a bug it's a addiction. Somedays I am you don't need that part then out comes a GD or part for sale and you gotta have it. For instance I decided I was going to convert my max to 5spd then I decided not to. Guess what her comes that addiction I now I am planning on doing it for my SC that I want to purchase. Oh Also the CF hood, Bodykit, Tein Coilovers, and so on. I am not done tell my car is the $hit. Face it where addicted to are cars and there addicted to us.
What I beleive the true meaning of the Modbug is www.maxima.org

Getting married doesn't cost that much, it's the engagement ring that gets you. Then going from condo rent to townhouse mortgage to a single family home mortgage is a big one. But were doing ok, cause we sold my wife's civic and got her a new Xterra a couple of months ago.

I agree though; I've had no problems selling my mods to other members so it's not a total loss.

There is no cure. My previous Max, an 89 5spd SE, was just lowered with 17" wheels. Nobody really made any cool stuff for the car when I had it. When I got my 03, I thought the same thing. Man was I wrong! There seems to be more stuff available for my Max than my buddy's WRX.

There is a cure. Take your car to the dealer to get denied warranty work because they say you are "heavily modified" only with an exhaust, ypipe, and intake. If that doesn't cure it on your car well under warranty i don't know what will.
