Scratched paint.

Well today when I was washing my car I noticed that there was a fairly long scratch (8 inches) on the rear panel of my car (behind door). Its only about primer deep (not to the metal). Maybe someone scratched it while they were parking- I dont know. What can/should I do about this. I still have bumper to bumper warranty, would that be covered? What about touchup paint. I know everyone hates touchup paint, and that it makes it worse, but is there a way to do it just right? It doesnt have to be PERFECT, but i dont want it noticable as it is.

Thanks,
Josh

Here is a link to a pretty good set of instructions on filling chips and scratches:
