head lights on ebay...do you believe the story?

notice the high bidder's name..
ladystatecop?

is she trying to bust him? why doesn't he just stop the auction? He might be legit (if you read is story, he sounds like an org regular)

but who knows? I don't know if I believe the story, don't really care one way or the other, I park my car in a garage at home and at work...not a big concern for me...

anyway, here is the link

I believe it, because I too am from Newark and HIDs are sitting in my room. Everyone around here knows about the Maxima headlights and there are plenty of 2k2's around here with 2000 lights, I see about 5 everyday.

The only reason I dont sell mine is because my car is a lease and I am not keeping it after the lease is up.

Well it's possible,I have my HIDS sitting in my house also but hopefully this thing will die down sometime in the near future so I can put them back in.However most of the maxima HIDS on ebay are stolen so I doubt it.

1) The seller also has a new bullet-proof vest for sale. My guess he's a cop and so is the buyer. (or, he wears the vest when he's out stealing HIDs)

2) If anyone wants to part with their HIDs for fear of them being stolen, contact me and we can swap (plus some cash) for my 2K1 AE lights. I don't have any HID thefts in my area...yet.

"These lights were remove from my 2003 Nissan Maxima three weeks after I brought the car, and replaced with the 2001 headlights to deter headlight theft." Brought the car? I wonder if they mean three weeks after they broght the car to a chop shop
