Well.. after a little email tag with them, they're shipping me out a new neon, no exchange required, no proof of broken tube, no cash out of my pocket. I know RBA (I think that's who) had problems with them, but they've been lightning fast in dealing with me. I rate them A+... oh wait, this isn't ebay.

i think that was me...did u fiddle around with the wires? i said before that now i sometimes have to jiggle them around a bit if it doesnt work.

 

Ohhhh, you did it now!!! Now you'll have to live with getting JC Whitney catalogs in the mail for LIFE!!! You'll never get rid of them now. I haven't seen one of their catalogs in several years, thank GOD. Are they still half VW parts???
