I talked to a COOL Cop today at lunch about legal issues when it comes to clear corners. He said as long as you disable(remove the bulb) or put amber bulbs in the FRONT markers you are legal. However, white bulbs in a clear housing is ILLEGAL, but it "probably" won't get you pulled over. On the REAR side markers, he said red bulbs were ONLY acceptable. No whites. Anyways, I already removed the bulbs on my clear rear side markers and as soon as I recieve the fronts I'll either leave the bulbs out or put in PIAA Plasma wedges and wire them to only flash with the blinkers and NOT be lit for a running lamp. Also, I live in Arizona, so I thought he might be more lienent(sp?), but he just moved here from Cali and said they are even less strict. I thought it would be the opposite, oh well. Only time will tell. He also stated the Cop would "probably" only give a fix-it ticket for whites in the front side markers, so I figure I'll risk it until I get annoyed enough by pesky tickets.

Anyone have pics of PIAA Ion H3 bulbs in their fogs? Just wondering what they would look like with my Super Whites.

hey what part of az are you in? im in tempe. You should meet up with burner (zach) and myself sometime for a night at the track. thats cool about the laws, i always thought your car had to reflect either red or orange from the side if a light is shined on it, oh well i dont like clears anyway..

I'm in Tucson. About 1.5hrs away from I-10/I-17. I definitely want to meet you guys at the track sometime. Firebird Raceway is only 50min away from my house. I wished I could have met you guys a couple weekends ago, but I already had plans. Anyways, if you guys plan something on a Saturday/Sunday I will definitely try to be there. Let me know.

P.S.: Did you get an email from Cattman Performance? He is looking to borrow someones Max for the day in exchange for a finished rear sway bar for only $50. If your interested I can send you the email. It's not really worth it to me to drive 1.5 hrs and give up my car for a day plus pay $50.
