What would look better?

i may be getting wheels fro christmas and i was wondering what would look better a polished aluminum wheel like this

http://www.konigwheels.com/catalog_p...ID=1&ss_id=203

or the graphite finish

http://www.konigwheels.com/catalog_p...ID=1&ss_id=202

now i don't know the technical name of the color for my car but its almost a charcoal grey. Please let me know your opinions

thanks
joe

picking rims is all up to the car owner's preference.
i dont like 5 spoke rims and the split spokes dont do anything for me either... this is all my preference though

But to answer your question, I'd go with the 2nd choice

this proves owners preference, cause i like the first choice
ACTUALLY, i don't like any of them, but i also don't like gunmetal/graphite, so i would go with a polished look. keeps the look of the car classy.

but again, as mentioned...owners preference

we're at 1 - 1

I'd say if you want a classy look, go for #1; but if you want a "gangsta" or mysterious image, go for #2 and put on DARK tint - now that's pimpin!!!! Minus the chrome, of course.

The gunmetal one's would blend great in your car color giving it a good mysterious image(as maximilion said)

IMO: Go for #2!!

If the #1 would be all polished maybe my opinion would be different!!!

Yep, go with the #2 graphite wheels, it'll match your paint and give your car a darker tone. Just my 2 cents. The first ones aren't bad either, they'll just stand out a whole lot more.

I've never been a huge fan of the Konig Holes. But I would go with the silver finish personally. Makes it a very clean look.

Personally, I like the Prophets.

Good luck

Dunno man, but I would stay away from Konig wheels. I had bad experience with their shady quality products. If U want cheap good wheels that are light, try ROTA or Velox.

Konig does suck. There are much better wheels out there these days for a better price. I would even choose Excel over Konig.

When chossing wheels for your ride I think everbody should consider these four things.

1. Size..On a 00 and up your smallest you should go is 18's
2. The color of your car in reference to the color of the wheels.
3. Wheels set your car apart from others. Why buy wheels you are going to see on possibly every honda in your town.
4. Spend more now = spend less later.

There are alot of people out there who have gone through 3 set's of wheels (you know who you are). Look at my sig. These wheels I have wanted since the day I saw them, So I saved and I bought them.

it is just the name, that makes it special, and hype from civic owners. their have no quality in it, it just cheap stuff. Konig wheel are not for maxima, their are for compact cars. Konig is for people that won't know about rim and think that are nice wheel. you will nevery see a bimmer in it. no offence!

I personally haven't heard anything bad about Konigs. Rather, I heard a lot of bad things about ADR rims.

Dude,
Don't let these people talk you out of those wheels, I love them and those are my choice too. People just don't like the same rims, I see rims on here all the time and I think wtf were they thinking but I am sure they love them and that is all that matters. Take MyownNismo rims, I don't like them at all but he loves them so that is all that matters, it's all personal opinion. MyownNismo don't flame me, I know I have stock rims but just giving my opinion on the situtation

I have looked at that rim for a while and there are a few imitations but none just like that. I have batteled the same question as you too, Graphite or Silver and I have changed my mind about a million times. I think I am going with graphite with my color. Probably would go with Silver if I had black. PLEASE POSTS PICS, I am dying to see them. I want them so bad but I have to sell my 02 3.5SE Alty first before I can get some rims. Awesome choice.

To answer your question, I would go with Graphite, don't you think the grey max on the top of the board looks sweet with the graphite rims w/ polished lip, the same combo as the holes.
