Anyone have 2k2 part #'s available?

Looking for a part - not sure if it can be ordered by itself.

If someone has a parts number listing for a 2k2 Maxima - could you see if a faceplate for the Bose 6-disc changer stereo is available (CR070 I think)?

I had my Bose replaced under the service bulletin and as many of you know, the replacements are remanufactured. This is my third one only because the second one got effed up by the dealer (screwdriver marks all over dash and radio - BTW it was Arlington Nissan in Buffalo Grove, IL - DON'T GO THERE FOR SERVICE).

They were able to order me a new faceplate for the digital climate control (scratch in tinted plastic) and even order a separate button for it!

So I'm thinking the faceplate for the stereo might be available separately as well (I'm hoping). The new stereo's tinted display looks a bit cloudy when compared to the climate control. I've already had the car back there several times because their techs keep screwing up interior parts (scratches, gouge marks, etc). I don't want them touching it again so at this point I'm willing to just buy this part and swap it out myself.

So I just need the tinted plastic that surrounds all the buttons - I'm pretty sure it pops off because when I got my second stereo, it wasn't on all the way and the guy popped the corner into place.

Thanks in advance.......

A lot of people here might remember my experience with Arlington Nissan. Back in June of 01 I took my car there for the rotor TSB and they dropped my car off the f***ing lift causing almost $11,000 in damage. So basically I'm agreeing with you in not going there for service. BTW they also never really fixed my car.

Damn -that's pathetic! I wonder how they approached you with that situation..yikes.

The thing that ticked me off the most was that they tried to pass it off to me as if I wouldn't notice! WTF???

Anyway - if someone has a 2k2 parts list available I would appreciate a response!! Thanks...............
