Today some ******* decided to steal my headlights from my 2001 Aniversary Edition Maxima. The lease is up in about 2 months so this is really frustrating. I need to know if there is somewhere that I can buy these headlights cheap since the car is going back to the dealer??? I would appreciate any help from anyone in finding an inexpensive AE replacement.

You can always contact Dave B the parts guy, he's your best bet at a good price for those headlights, you may also want to go on google and search for "replacement headlights", I think I remember seeing some pretty good prices.

first it was HIDs, which I can somewhat understand...now its regular AE lights???

did you have an HID kit that was very noticable???

OUCH!!! The AE headlights got stolen? How is that possible since they are not HID. Now I'm worried.

how much would it suck if this guy stole your HIDS, THEN took your money to replace them with.

 

thats kind of weird that he just has some used headlights that are"in like brand new condition" just sitting aroud to sell, and he mentioned about the hid's being stolen, funny. i bet he steals them, that little bastard.......

On every lease return I've ever had, they just check for dents, make sure the spare tire in trunk, keys and door opener fobs are there. That is it. I doubt if the would even notice or care that you put on regular 00-01 h/lites. The average schmo working at the car dealer knows about 1/20th the knowledge that you have on the Maxima.
