Merry Xmas to me Part II

Okay, briefly, went to get clutch howl TSB done. Nissan said my clutch had been abused (showed me, Pressure plate, clutch disc and flywheel). They would not do any warranty work. So I had them replace everything. 1041.00 out of pocket.

I have filed a claim with NNA and am awaitng their decsion.

While work was being done I drove an 03 TL-S with 6K on her. I want to trade but will take a major beating.

Got the Max back and it drives like new. Shifting like butter in all gears. I have not brought it passed 3000 rpms due to break in time.

I don't know what to do, take my beating or wait until something else breaks ???

do the 03 TL's suffer from headlight theft too?

If not I would do it.... I am really becoming afraid of driving my car around.

I am thinking on bailing too on the max...

Not covered. I am talking with Nissan North America. basically saying that the car showed signs of the howl tsb (confirmed by tech) but Nissan service didn't even cover that. Claiming this was all due to abuse by previsous owner.
