Problem with my indiglo gauges... PLEASE HELP!!!

Problem with my indiglo gauges... PLEASE HELP!!!
Well, i went to my mechanic garage this evening for front rotors, front pads and for the gauges!! everything alright with my brakes but with the gauges he had a problem... first with the red things (they dont fit very well), second he doesnt know where the switch go and the black box behind of the switch... I drive my car without light on my gauges (just for tonight... that sucks) and my red thing on speedometer jumps sometimes... what can i do? any instructios? i cant find instructions anywhere... please help!!
