Problem!!

My 2000 GXE loses power at 3200 RPM. It lags and then goes again. The longer I drive it, the worse it gets. Changed the plugs and worked fine for about 2 weeks. Went to the mechanic and he said it was the plugs again. Changed it AGAIN about 2 weeks ago and now its giving me the same problem again. Cold starts give me a very strange reaction. The whole car shudders hard when pushing on the throttle. Was thinking it was the MAF sensor. Anyone else have this problem? Please help.

Have you pulled any stored codes from the ECU? That would be my first step in attempting to pinpoint the problem.

At first, the engine light came on and it was o2 sensor. They said it was because my intake was pressing on the maf sensor wires. So now i removed my cai, but its still has the problem. The wires hang loosely and my intake doesn't even touch it now.
