CV Joint boots

When I was getting my new tires this evening, the mechanic told me that the boot for my right CV joint was torn or punctured. Grease all over the place.

I'll be calling the dealer tomorrow (24K on the car) but I'm here, and awake now.

Anyone know if just the boot can be replaced?
Guesses on whether this will be under warranty?

It should be covered under warranty since you've got a 2K2 with less than 36K miles.
