Morse Ceramic Brake pads

A buddy of mine got me some Morse Ceramic pads for Christmas. They're for the front. Has anybody tried these?

What should I buy for my rears? I don't plan on doing my brakes until the spring though, so I got time to shop around.

J.

Don't you need a compatible rotor for ceramic pads?

No, the OEM rotors are fine.
