2k driver seat dead tsb

i know the tsb is up top. but my question is will they fix my seat although i am going on 45k?

most likely no. unless you have a close relationship with your service writer then they will just say its out of 3yr/36k warranty and you will have to pay for any tsb repairs.

your motor prolly went dead it happened to me in my old maxima just take the seat out and tap the motors with a screwdriver it might work
