What does the "Heavy Noise" sound like? Is it grinding, rubbing?

It's your FSTB hitting the manifold. Some of the guys have been able to successfully adjust theirs so it doesn't hit (and also doesn't crimp the driver's side washer hose) - I haven't, so just live with the noise. It's only when I hit the gas in reverse anyway.

I think you right... so i dont have to worry because it hits the manifold?

Mine's been on for about a year and no damage (in fact, no visible marks) on the manifold...

Yeah, it's the FSTB. No damage on the manifold on mine, but there are some scratches on my FSTB. So, I put washers to raise the FSTB a little.

I had the same problem, it's easy to adjust but like said b4 don't adjust too high or it'll sqoosh the washer hose. I think mine is pinching the washer hose a little but I don't care because it doesn't seem to be affecting the amount it sprays

Here's what I did..
Dremelled a tiny bit off the bar and shifted the hose...

Pics on FTSB install/adjustment.

I have the same problem. I got used to it after many months of reversing out of my garage.
