Manual Transmission Fluid Change

I am planning to get the manual transmission fluid changed in my 2k2..quick questions...

I am going to get Redline MT-90, best stuff, yes?

How much will I need?

you could use amsoil also

IIRC 5 quarts should be fine (or maybe that was 6?)

and you'll love the smell of the old stuff

MT 6 speed uses a bit less than 4 quarts. I just changed mint to MT-90 about a month ago. Great stuff, you'll like it!!

You might experience "harder to shift" during cold starts.
