I have been into the dealer a few times. No Luck.
If it is covered it should be some place that I can get physical documentation on it.
I just had my rotors machined and brake pads changed yesterday (40k miles now) and though the pads are not covered by warranty, the rotors were if i brought it in before my 36k was up.
And no, it's not covered by extended warranty (which i have till 75k).

brakes are not covered under warrenty... ALL they are going to do is resurface and depending on your warrenty they might charged you... SO watch you they are some sneaky stealers

Service writter at the dealership said if it were a Chevy they wouldn't even question it I could have had 38,000 and they still would have done it. Nissan is really starting to **** me off.
