When I bought my car three years ago, I realized it didn't come with my front plate bracket. Since I'm moving to another state that I have to have two plate, of course, one in the rear and the front. I went to Nissan where I bought my car and they told me that I have to buy the bracket plate. I think that's B.S. What should I do? Buy one or just fight with them?

if im not mistaken, its the law to display 2 license plates at all times, i may be incorrect but thats how i understand it... and the bracket is a standard item that comes with the car. the dealer screwed you if you didnt get one...

 

No, all states do not have a front plate. When ordering cars, there is a box to check if the state the car is going to requires a front plate. If the box is not checked, Nissan does not ship the car with one. The domestics work the same way. Most dealers will check the box anyway to put their advertisement on the front of the car. Sounds like you have to buy the bracket.

 

OT but when I went to your home page there are no pics of your max only the accord. that is one clean looking max and I wanna see some more pics.

 

haha how much is the bracket??? they won't give it to you . . . and you can't take them to court (not worth it) but seriously how much could it possibly cost?? $30???

 

Well I live in state of NM right now, there's only one plate, there are some state that only have one plate. But since I'm moving to CA which is two plate, now i got to get a friggin plate bracket

 

I have one that came with my 02. If the bumpers are the same, you're welcome to have it if you pay the shipping costs.
