I didnt take my wires out..everything was fine, even after putting them in twice..just make sure to unscrew the ballast and take out all your bulbs..plus theres no way of taking them out, I tried and tried and just threw it in there...

I went the safe route and took everything except the hid bulb connector and then baked em at 250 for 20 mins. no probs at all.

I bought a uncut frosted plastic piece. so i had to cut them in size 3 1/4 inches? the lens wouldnt stay in so i had to super glue the back of the lens to the housing.. it took me about 2 hours to do it. kept it in the oven for about 7 minutes at 250 degrees. it was very easy to take them apart. lens makes the car look totally different. definately worth the time!
