What's the difference between the 2 shifters?

Can I get some real comparison's between B&M and PaceSetter?
I have the PaceSetter but am trying to figure out what the rave is

I don't know.. just this rave for B&M has been popular..

Just trying to understand.. also wish I could test someones that isn't cut.
