need help

Just received 5 inches of snow here. I live in a very hilly area and was unable to drive my max up a hill today (I still have the Touranzas). While trying to drive up the hill the traction control kept activating, so I turned it (TC) off. My problem is that after a few minutes of trying to drive up the hill, my ABS and slip light came on. What does the slip light indicate? Could I have caused any damage to my car? I did turn off the car and the lights did not come on when I restarted the car. Thanks for the help.

Doesn't your owner's manual shed any light on TC?

It's probably your ECU or related subsystems reacting to the conditions it encountered from wheel slippage... or maybe snow getting in the ABS sensors

I had my left rear lockup its parking brake, and drove on a snowy road... the ABS light came on due to the fact that the left rear wheel was not turning. Stopped, let it sit for a bit, wiggled the parking brake cable (didn't do much), then when I started the car again the ABS light went off, and I drove with the left side on pavement... never came back.
