Cleaning a popcharger

Sorry for this newb question.. but this is my first cone filter..

What's the best way to clean the JWT Popcharger? Just spray it with water? Do I have to reoil it afterwards? (how do I do that?). I'm hoping to do this without covering up my MAF with oil

A link to instructions would be great..

Again, sorry for the newbness

go to a local parts store (advance, pepboys, etc) and pick up a k&n recharge kit. it will run 10-12 buck and comes with everything you will need along with instructions. just take it easy when you reoil it.
