On a chilly 47 degree nite...i ran into this black Trans Am on a light going uphill. We both had a perfect launch w/ him a "nose" ahead. I was slightly pulling back on him thru each gear until 4th (80mph). We were neck to neck and evened out at 3rd gear then he started pulling away from me. On the next light, i gave him thumbs up. Trans Am guy: "What do u have man?" Me: "Just intake and exhaust." Trans Am guy: "What motor?" Me: "3.5L v6." Trans Am guy: "THAT"S IT!!??" Me: "Yea, you?" Trans Am guy: "5.7L 350hp".....Then we both headed our ways. Is this good or bad?

 

47 degrees is chilly? Come to Buffalo.

 

Good death man. Your modded stick Max should do 5.7 seconds to 60, whereas an auto LS1 should do 5.4. His hp was more pronounced on the top end, where you would expect him to walk you. In the 1/4, he probably would have put up a 5 spot on you.
