performance is probably same
quality? arguably Warpspeed.. the flex section is the usual problem with the y-pipes as well as bees in a can sounds.. and Warpspeed boast about their flex section..

rust depends on which coating you got the pipe in.. Stainless steel, aluminized etc..

 

Budget only makes one style of pipe, its mandrel bent, T-304 SS and is $100 cheaper than the wrapspeeds SS equivalent.

They stopped making non-mandrel bent over a year ago and will not offer the cheap aluminized stuff.

Performancewise, probably the same.

Quality, Budget does not bad mouth their competitors, so imho thats QUALITY.
