As many of you know, the current Maxima.org stickers do not fit in the rear quarter window area on the 5th generation Maximas. I am currently working on getting new Maxima.org stickers printed and need your help!

I'd like to know where people will be putting their stickers and what size you'd like to have them. Will you be putting them on your rear window? Would you rather have the stickers smaller so that they could fit in the rear quarter window?

I'm looking for good constructive input, so fire away!

I do not like stickers but I would put a maxima.org

I put them on my rear windows, so I freak everytime I roll them down by accident.

What if the "www.maxima.org" was vertical instead of horizontal? That would definitely fit, but the question is, would it look good?

do it! :)

I would put them on my car but only on the rear quarter windows. I think along the bottom would look best.

Re: do it! :)

I guess my point is that if you look at that little sliver of a rear quarter window that the 2000s have, there's no way to fit a sticker in there.

We need an alternate place on the 2000s, and I'm trying to figure out where that is.

I would place on the rear window, top centered, as well. although vertically on the rear side quarter panel might work...

now how do I get a maxima.org license plate frame???

Hey now I can put them on my headlight covers :)

since my 1/4 window already has a nismo sticker I would put them on my healight covers...for those that don't have them get some!

other thoughts:

1. on the moonroof (those that have one of course) so when the roofs up ppl can see it when parked.
2. when I was deciding where to put the current max.org stickers, they fir perfectly on the rear sidemarkers so even at night you can see them
3. the red lense on our wing? (the current stickers are too tall)
4. It would be cool to get a place to embroider it onto our bra's like all factory honda bras are. (as long as maxima.org never changed its name
5. how bout the very bottoms of our tail lights? white stickers for the ppl with blacken tails and black for those with red tail. we'd also have to make one for each side since the tail light curves in different directions
6. right where our maxima emblem is on the trunk. All we'd have to make stickerwise is http://www. and .ORG and we could stick the www part on top and the org under the maxima emblem same font would be nice (downside is waxing in that area will be difficult and after they wear out or we change names the paint might fade around the area

I wouldn't suggest on the front or rear windows since some people rainex
them

boss man

i'll fabricate an indiglo blue maxima.org possble behind that ugly lookin matrix or the bottom left or right hand corner of the rear windshield. or will the spoiler block it??? i hate decals stickers and such. but since i feel like contributing more to this site i'll be happy to go with that.. ohh one suggestion jambo on the stickers. make it small enought so ppl can put it ont there L frames. or make one that could go around the tip of the exuast makin' it look somwhat like a heat shield.

As long as its not too big, I'll put one where ever the general population deems it best to put one. Its been a helpful and informative forum, so why not advertise for something we enjoy. I do like the idea of top middle read window though or License plate frame.

I want some stickers for my window. I like the ones that you can put them on, then pull them off, THEN put them on somewhere else!

I also want to get a sticker that says MAXIMA.ORG in chinese, because I have a sticker that says nissan extreme racing in hebrew.

I don't think you can easily translate Maxima.org into Chinese. If you did, it would make no sense at all (except for the similar pronunciation).

uh... i dont think there's a character in chinese for maxima, at least not what we mean. if someone did put it on, he'd be laughed at by all the chinese...

heheh

yeah maxima is a non asian word. in japanese it's makushima. or something liek that. but it's written in the forein japanese alphabet. they have two kinds. and in chinese it'll sound like mei shima. dont' do it. it'll not make sense and for those that could read it would be, thinkin'.. "uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh"

So, a question, are these stickers only for those that mod their car? Because I tend to be a "stock" car driver. I'm not into mods or performance-I like my car as is-I have a gf so I wouldnt be trying to impress the ladies, and Im not trying to impress the other drivers including the poeleese-not hat any of you are trying to impress anyone, just some mods are too flashy for my tastes. Eventually I might consider some rims, and window tint is on my definite to get list as is a maxima.org sticker now

which sticker?

the maxima.org sticker or the chinese character one??? well the chinese character i assume would look cool to ppl that can't read it but sure wouldn't to me. (sicne i can read a bit) yeah but i think u should add a disclaimer up in ur post up there or u might get flamed. (about the impress ladies with mods) i feel what you're sayin' but alot of us just mod because we like. i have a lady, and so do kev, and pioneer, and alot of us modded max owners are married. oh did i say my car was modded. hahahah i wish. heheh.(doh) so just a note. please no flames.

ok back to the sticker part.. no it wouldn't be for just modded cars i suppose. it's just a show of apreciation and support to the maxima.org site. i think that's the least we can do (imo) to show our apreciation to jambo as well as all the others that have created and contributed to this site.

Man, if you get it in Chinese then all those chinese guys will know what it means. BUT if some american guy sees it, they'll be like, "Hey man, what does that say?" And then you can tell them "Its a www site!!!"

sorry for this OT but can't resist

hahaahah i really wouldn't want one of the chinese max.org stickers on my car cuz of the myth. asian drivers are not good drivers. they'll probably pull up closer to try to read the decal and uh oh.. for some reason the decal ends up on their car. sorry jambo

but just to put this back on track. jambo, how many colors are gonna be made? i like doing over laps on decals. get two decals of diff color, preff black and silver (depending on car color) over lap the sticker but have the bottom one showing just a lil' bit on the edges to give it a shadow look.

Sorry mingo, wasnt trying to say that you guys are trying to impress the ladies, just saying in my eyes too much is too much. Kev's maxima is very well done in regards to mods. They are subtle yet functional and pleasing to the eyes. Just some people go a bit overboard in my opinion, but hey its their car, not mine

Sorry if I gave you that impression. Wasnt my objective. no flames please heh heh heh

..all part of driving irresposibly... with the seat down and all the way reclined.. visibility is next to nil. with their hard at 12 o clock on the steering wheel, makes you wonder if they have x-ray vision or not.

thanx

exactly how i drive. hahahaha. somtimes. well most of the time. hahahaah. i drive real crazy after i get back from places like taiwan and LA. my friends always nearly pass out after they get outa my car. i cut in reallllly reallly close real fast behind ppls cars. drive thru butt crack sized gaps, and all but do it with a smoothness. can't really feel it just looks real scary.. well at least to my friends. hehe my bro is worse tho. he drives like he runs away from cops... yeah and visibilty is a problem for some ppl. for me, no. i lower the steering wheel down all the away and i can see a lil right before my hood. can't see the hood at all hahaha.

In English, please

I'd also run a larger one, black on clear, centered on the back bumper.
