Which Hid Kit
I'm looking at getting HID's for my car and I don't know what has a better reputation. There is a place that is local that has CATZ bulbs with hella ballast is that a decent setup? I also found a kit that has Philips bulbs and ballast is that a decent setup?
Im planning on keeping the stock 2000 headlight housing's..
