Occasionally there is a seller on eBay auctioning off a RSTB for the Maxima made by 'Trust' of Japan. It normally goes for $30.00, I believe.

Save your dough as a RSTB's effects can barely be felt according to many who have installed one. And you lose part of the trunk-to-cabin access area since the bar run across that space.

The better 'bar' mods remain the FSTB and RSB combination.

Peace.

It DOES help when driving at the limit and also contributes to a minor increased in structural rigidity at the rear section. It's definately NOT as noticeable as the RSB, but not a useless mod. as you'd stated.

AKOGAN, I would suggest you spent your money on other items for the suspension mods and save this last if you still have some cash left.

i'm not sayin its completely useless... you can pay 180 buks to have a peace of metal in your trunk and hand your groceries or clothes onit...
why pay that much when i can get a RSB for almost half the price
