whats the difference

once again, i remind all of you that i am a first time maxima owner. what i would like to know is what are the differences between our 3.5 V6 and either the G35 or the 350Z? beside the obvious rear wheel drive, intake, and ecu. what makes them put out 280 and our engines on 265

They have a different intake manifold and a few different internals. Last, but not least they have better air flow from front to back. ie: they aren't crushed down to 1/4 to 1/2 inch in some places like our cars.
