I know, brakes have been covered many times already so forgive me if I ask one more time. My 03 GLE just hit 31k miles and today the brakes started vibrated pretty severly. When I stop slow I can feel the brakes grab hold and let go due to rotor warping. My question is how long should the brakes last? I know it varies with driving habits and such, just looking for general life of brakes. Will or should a dealer cover the brake warpage at 31k? I have already had the rotors turned once. I have heard the brakes are covered under the 36k warranty. I would be very suprised if Nissan covers warped rotors at 31k miles, but your input is welcomed.

 

nissan is known for crappy braked. i am going on 50k and my rotors are fine until they heat up and then i cant stop for diddly. but i havent heard anything about the breaks going at 31k.
