What should I do??
What should I do??
Hey guys newb here and I know this isn't in the right spot but the dealership section doesn't seem to get much traffic.
My issue is that I just bought a 2003 SE from a dealership. The people in the dealership were the biggest dumba$$es I have ever seen in my life (i should have walked after the first impression). First problem they screw up the contract of sale so my bank rejects it. 2. I have to go back to the dealer 3 times to sign papers that they forgot. 3. I get a thank you card from the salesman thanking me for the purchase of my 2004 Exterra!!!!! and 4th but the biggest... they sell me a car that has not had the emissions or safety inspections done on it (against state law) and the recall wasn't done either which I beleive is against federal law. They called me last night and told me that I had to bring it in again because they cant get it registered for me until it's done. I asked why it wasn't and they said "sometimes things like this happen but very rarely". I told them this is a huge inconvinience to me considering I live 50 miles away and I had already been there 3 other times I asked them if they would through in an alignment for the trouble. They said that wasn't possible because it wasn't in the vehicle sale contract and offered a free oil change instead. The alignment is $10.00 more!!!! Should I fight this or give up and just waste another 2 to 3 hours of my life for nothing???? Am I asking to much in the alignment?
PS..... This is from an actual Nissan dealership.
