Thanks

I just ordered 2 amber and 2 red ones. The reds I have in my clear corners actually look pink and I hate it. I just hope these look alot better.

I literally had about 10 pairs of LEDs burn out in my front/rear bumper clears within less than a 1yr. period. The color was great, but obviously they sucked. Fortuanately I kept getting free replacements from the guy I bought them from off EBay but eventually it was just too much hassle so I gave up.

Anybody had better luck long-term with LEDs in the bumpers? If so, what brands, prices, and where from?

guage clusters will NOT WORK. i don't have time to explain. they just won't. i've tried. it's ****.

secondly, i got the 4-led side marker bulbs and those were also ****. they shined more of a purple light. very ghey. try the single if you want. suggestion, flatten the top of the led. it's scatters light a lot more. a round led directs light to a certain point.

superbrightled's is cool, but simply put it just dont' work on gauge clusters unless you rig them up yourself....the "direct swaps" will NOT work.

thanks for the info, i wasnt sure bout the cluster bulbs.
as far as LEDs being direct light...they offer a "wide" version that scatters the light

I got the red ones from superbrightleds and the color is awsome on my clear corners. I also put the amber ones in my front blinkers to get rid of that orange look in my lights during the day. The color on those is great too but now my blinkers go twice as fast .
