s-tech

wish me luck im installing the s-tech hope i can do it my self i dont think its that bad. I changed the struts and shocks on my 300zx 1985 hope its the same.

Good luck and you shouldn't have any problems at all. It is pretty much a straight forward install.

Two suggestions that should save you some time:
1) cut the bumpstops as described in the instructions that came wit your springs
2) when you put the new springs on the struts it is not necessary to compress them with a spring compressor, instead you can do it by hand.

http://www.innerbean.com/housecor/strut_install.html <-this shows a spring and strut swap, but has the info. you'd need to just do springs if you prefer.

Good luck, I will be doing mine on saturday with my neighbor, so wish me luck too. I don't foresee it really being a problem because he is a skilled mechanic.
