SES code reading places in Canada

Hey everyone

I just had a SES problem, came on yesterday and I took it to Nissan. Turned out to be an O2 sensor (rear one) and the part cost $65, and 1 hr labour, but in order to read the code, the charged me for 1 more hr labour!!! Thats BS, in my opinion. Are there any places in Canada, like autozone that can read the codes for free?

Thanks

Nick

Not that I know of. Get a OBD11 scanner and read them yourself, money well spent.

Well, IMO too it's bull****!!
They didn't took 1hr for sure to read the code!
If you get it repaired the should had the time took to read it but not charging 1 more hr to read it!!

Mine was under warranty so it was free!!

Solution: become friend with a mecanic that have acess to an OBD-II!!!
