When i am driving my car runs perfect. But as soon as i go to slow down, i press the clutch in and my idle suddenly drops all the way below 500rpm. I say to about 400 and then comes back up to normal 650rpm. This happens all the time. Now the thing is that i have the check engine light. When the light is on i get his problem. I check the code and its just a history code i believe. So i reset it and the problem goes away. But after about 3 days the light comes back on. Why could this be. Should i take it to the stealer(dealer) or what?>?

It should be pointing you to the problem.
