I like them because they are original. They look nice too. But after awhile, I can understand how you could get sick of um. I have a Black/Black SE, and I had my tails 100% blacked out for 3 years now, but I had an accedent, the tails broke and now I have stock ones (also put back the red side marker) and they look great. The red looks really good against a black car.

The body kit looks slammin! Why no front spoiler?

thanks..

Before, the car was lowered on Ground Controls, i was dropped a good 2.5" and I knew I would have a lot of clearance problems with the front lip. I had this problem with my 4th gen with the Stillen kit even though I only had H&Rs which is barely a drop. Anyways, I'm on Maxspeeds now and the front lip is in my basement waiting for paint

And yeah, I'm kind of tired of the tails, sometimes i like them, sometimes i want something else.. just want a change i guess and I would really like to try the smoked stock tails thing...

sort of this look:

www.cardomain.com/id/theknite

i think he has the red part slightly smoked.. that would probably look nice on a black car.

Keep them! And I agree with Maxpat82, keep the stock sidemarkers to match.

Don't follow the crowd; they make fun of anyone that doesn't have what they have.

Yo Steve, as I said before, get the stock SE tails. They look a hundred times better.

BTW, did you change out the front springs yet?

As long as you like them who cares. Personally I think that's too much red goin' on back there, but doesn't look horrible.

I would go back to factory tails. The cleared 03's would look nice!

Jattmax... Luv your wheels, very nice. What's the model/mfr/etc. Approx Price? I think they would look awsome on my titanium edition SE

Thanks

Ok, i think they look sick, so i think either keep em, or smoke your side markers, and buy some 02 03 tails and smoke the whole clear lens, not totally black but pretty dark, that would be cool.

red/white = pink!

FYI: tailights look good in that they're unique...but i'd stick with '0-'01 SE tails...good match with the black.

Honestly on a dark colored car like that the 00-01 SE tails are a good fit or just stay with the stock 02-03 tails. Just my Opinion. One more thing you might run into a bit of a problem with red reverse lights at inpection time. Not sure what your state laws are over there, but you might want to consider that before you go in for your next inpection or simply do a quick swap with a friend just for the day so you don't have any problems. Or you can do what I am planning on doing by turning your left reverse light into a rear fog light for severe weather ONLY. You might have seen my thread on that. I will post pics when its done.
