Possible transmission failure?

ok.. heres the story..
a couple of months ago.. my car got stuck on first gear and wouldnt change gears.. i got scared.. just turned off the car.. turned it back on.. waited a little and everything was fine again..

now.. he transmission has been slippin from on first and second...

i know there is a TSB... and my car is under warranty...

but is this the symptoms for transmission failure?

what should i do?

if you Max is under 5yr 60K miles, bring your Max in to your dealership and tell them whats up. They should replace your trans.

you are covered under the drivetrain warranty. This will cost you nothing. Ask the dealership for a rental car since it may take a few days or so. If you have problems at your dealer let me know and I can arrange something at my dealership.
