Any difference between 99 and 00 rotors?

Would rotors from a 99 Max fit a 00 model?

What do you guys think of these rotors I found on ebay? Worth it or not?

The 00 front rotors are thicker than the 4th Gen. If you put on the 4th Gen rotors, I believe they will be toasted in no time.
