My girlfriend has a 2K SE and played with a 95 Mustang GT today and was suprised at how close she hung with him. After that she showed intrest in added some mods to the car. What are some good easy mods we can do? Is there a chip avail for the Maxima's yet? I have a 2K Lightning and a chip made a huge difference and with some other bolt on's I will be running in the 12's.

the easiest and cheapest mod is by far adding the cone intake. they run from about $100-170 depending on what brand you get (I have a stillen) and it took me about a half hour to install. It doesn't do much performance wise but it sounds sooo sweet. And if your girlfriend's maxima is a 5 spd. she should be beating the older gen. Mustang GT easily. I've even beat a few modded ones. The look on their faces is priceless when they get beat by a sedan. Hope that helps...

 

ye also a cheap mod for intake is the OSCAI

do a search on taht you will find a lot of info about it... its been said that it is better than the cone intake but not as good as a PR CAI (cold air intake) but for the $$ it cant really be beat... and u dont have the loud sound that u get with the aftermarket intakes... i guess depends what u lookin for...
