Need How-To thread for swapping to 2K2's.

Link in how to section for the 2K2 headlight swap out no longer works. I just ordered my HID's and am looking to get everything I need for install and clearing out the amber lens. Help's appreciated.

Where to buy?
cost?
what to do with that extra hole?
will I have to rewire because of separate hi and lo beams
will it cost much to have a sjhop do the wiring?...I suck at things like that
