[FONT=Arial] I want to put in a brighter headlight on my 2000 SE, possibly Sylvania silverstars, the only problem is i do not know where to find a 9003 size. I'm in Dallas and have looked in a few places but i was not sure if anyone had any other ideas for a brighter & whiter headlight. I also was interested in putting a K&N Air filter in and see what that does...anyone tried it?? Gas prices are high what will it do to put in only regular under certain occasions? Please reply

Silverstars look good
I like my Eurolite XSP bulbs that you can buy at Circuit City for a little cheaper. I think the silverstars look a little bit better though, especially in the fog lights.

BTW, fog bulb is H3 size.

 

BTW, aftermarket filters/intakes do not noticeably affect gas mileage, I get exactly the same mileage with my intake and Apexi filter as I did stock.

I don't recall having seen anyone with the K&N claiming any better mileage either....

 

yeah just go to autozone and get the silverstars, there the best that you can just go to a local store and pickup, much much better then the stocks

If you want SilverStars, check a local WalMart. Sometimes they have a pair for about $35 which is a nice price.
